Our Therapists
Christina Gonzales MA, ACSW
Hello, I'm Christina Gonzales, a passionate Associate Clinical Social Worker committed to helping children, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, whether dealing with everyday stressors or major transitions. With extensive experience working with military veterans and families, I understand the unique complexities that come with those experiences. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and find joy, and my role is to guide you in creating a personalized plan to build a balanced, confident, and fulfilling life.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills help manage emotions, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges in healthier ways. While change can be difficult, I provide practical strategies to make life more manageable, whether you’re facing personal struggles or family challenges.
In our work together, you’ll find a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. I work with children as well as adults, and I meet you where you are, helping you understand your emotions, strengthen relationships, and face challenges with confidence and resilience. Together, we can create lasting change and help you thrive.
For your convenience, I offer flexible evening and weekend hours
Kelly Wilson, MA, LCSW,
Neurofeedback Clinician
Founder/Executive Director
My therapeutic approach combines neuroscience, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide tailored support for your needs. I address the whole person and the connection between mind and body, helping you understand how your brain affects both physical and emotional health. Experienced in trauma and PTSD, I am trained in advanced techniques like ILF, Synchrony, and Alpha Theta Neurofeedback (NF).
I believe many effective treatment options have been underutilized in the medical community. I'm committed to offering these therapies to help you address mental health challenges and work toward wellness. I work with individuals, couples, and families on OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD. With extensive experience in neuroscience-based practices, I focus on supporting clients through complex mental health challenge. I have worked with combat veterans, clients with traumatic brain injuries and many individuals with neurodivergent conditions.
In our sessions, you'll find a warm atmosphere that encourages open conversation. I strive to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable. My casual style includes humor to ease any initial discomfort. I also work with Simon, my professionally trained service dog, who provides comfort and may nap in the corner during our sessions.
